Lovely, friendly staff & good atmosphere. Great selection of sweet treats (& a side of fresh cream if u can take more). Large portions. Nice wee pot of tea or coffee of ur choice.

Stumbled across this gem on a wet Sunday while trying to waste some time due to a mistimed mot appointment. Lovely spot with excellent homemade food. Great quality and generous portions. My scone came warmed, with homemade jam. My partner had a stack of apple pancakes so light and fluffy, they basically floated to the table. With a generous topping of smoked streaky and maple syrup. A bright clean interior. We'll be back to Larne just for Barbara Ann's.

Good service for the most part and very good value for your money. Nice amount of light coming in and a good enough variety of a menu, always like coming in here after a wee trip.

On a recent driving holiday in Scotland we happened upon Barbara Ann's Bakery. I was overwhelmed by the selection, so they recommended a sampler box. Every one of the six items was exceptional and lasted less than an hour as we headed to the ferry. I noticed many more items on the way out that I would have loved to have tried. It is a good thing I live 6000 miles away or I'm sure our family would be daily customers. One of the culinary highlights of our 10 day trip in Scotland! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a bright and airy cafe with a pretty feminine interior in pink white and grey. Its spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. There is a selection of light lunches, and the portions are substantial, well presented, and delicious. There is good parking outside and although there is a main road nearby, the noise could not be heard; additionally there is no obtrusive music playing so one can enjoy a conversation over lunch. On the whole a very enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend Barbara Ann's and I would definitely return!

Lovely little restaurant. Called in on a busy lunchtime and got a table very quickly. Friendly service and lovely hot food. Very popular with local people. Good recommendation from my sister.
